I did 2 tests on Hacker rank, a phone call from HR to discuss my backgroud and the position and then a 1 hour technical interview on skype. It seems like a great team, but I think the interview process is very selective. Be prepared.
The first step was a programming/coding test that consists of 11 questions, 10 multiple choice questions, and 1 code. I can't talk about the next steps because they didn't call me.

Slow but steady interview. The process involves lost of logical questions. You have to understand deep the programming languages such as r programming, python languages, linux and any other widely applied programming languages. You’ll be left in the room with computer and given several tasks to complete then after that you’ll be sent home and your results will be emailed within forty eight hours.
