I was contacted by a recruiting agency. They told me by phone that Ericsson was the company looking for employers. All interviews were carried out in the same day, from 9.00am to 18pm. We had a group assessment where we had to display team working, then a written math and logic test and a personal interview, all conducted by the recruiting agency. After that, a single interview with multiple Ericsson managers was the final step. Both technical and personal questions were asked, but nothing particularly stressing.
