Apply from job.ericsson.com, hiring process was about 1 month. Consist of HR interview, user interview, medical check, offering and sign contract. HR is pretty average and they asked general question. And user interview was more detail about my personality, working experience and deep detail about technical.

I had three interviews: one with the HR team and two technical interviews. Each interview lasted approximately one hour and was conducted via Microsoft Teams. During the HR interview, I was asked about my background and salary expectations. In the technical interviews, I was asked multiple questions about 5G architecture, cloud computing, and orchestration.

Interviewed with the team lead and they will ask question regarding your professional experience in telecommunication including 4G/5G network, micro-service experiences, mainly technical questions. The applicants also gets opportunity to ask directly to the project manager.
