I interviewed with Ericsson HQ around August 2019. The process includes one online test and two remote calls with Swedish and Indian teams. Everything went well until the call with Indian team. It was for me very subjective since the interviewer only asset me based on his knowledge about specific tools like Spark but not my ability to resolve the problem. If you expect people that has the same knowledge ground, there will be no diversity. The recruiter normally get back to me very fast if I completed the round well. But otherwise there was no response or feedback in more than 2 weeks!
