Applied through college - 2 phone screens - first was general where they asked about basic OOP concepts , big-O, second round was more technical expected to code and let interviewer know over the phone.

It was a very relaxed interview process. First round was a behavioral with HR, make sure to know the company and its history. Second round is with your manager, few technical but still was mostly behavioral.
