I have three intervies. The first is the phone interview with the HR. Second is with the staff, and the last one is with the team leader. They are all very friednly.
The hiring process begins with a Human Resources phone interview that includes position-specific questions. This is followed by two separate managerial interviews focusing on general and technical topics. These interviews also assess behavioral competencies such as teamwork and problem-solving skills.
