Interview was good.Its an one : one interview.There was few questions on basic GSM network diagram,Call flow and functions of network equipment like BTS/BSC.
Hr Interview: They asked if I was ok for relocation.Some basic question like where was I from and what do you know about the company.

The process was lengthy. After you clear the written test there is a round of technical interview and then a HR Interview round. They basically concentrate on you resume so make sure you only mention those stuffs in your resume which you are sure about. HR round is pretty easy.

Placed from campus. 2-3 technical questions and you are thru. they will ask questions from your interest area .questions are easy not in depth knowledge will be tested. just go cool and give you best shot . HR round is just a formality. if you are an experience guy ask for the maximum increment you want like 30-40%. if they want the guy they will definitely give you. They will ask question about your hobbies and sort of things to judge you better. Overall it is very easy .

College placement and then Interview for Project. Just basic questions asked. It was just the need to hire that made them hire. The management will sugarcoat its benefits and allowances, but that's just a pretty picture far from reality.
