Technical round followed by HR round. Although technical round was good, HR did not compensate properly as per experience.
Salary negotiation was very difficult with ericsson's HR were not agreeing for desired package.
Overall interview experience was good

The interview process was smooth and comfortable. The questions were straightforward, focusing on my background and skills. The interviewer was friendly and made me feel at ease. Toward the end, they explained the company’s collaborative and inclusive culture, highlighting opportunities for learning and growth. Overall, it was a positive and engaging experience.
