3 step process. You interview with a peer, manager and then director. Once you have the interview, then you must pass a background check and a drug test. After you pass all of those item, you are called in for one final interview with your peers. All hiring is done through a temp agency and then after 18 months they elect to bring you on as an employee or extend your contract.
