The interview process itself by Errison was smooth and well structured but their HR's are some of the most unprofessional in the industry, unless you're lucky enough to get hired on the spot after the interview, dealing with most HRs will be a nightmare, they ghost you and never respond to any email or messages, even if the interview went very well, wasting your time. Sometimes you will get a call that you have been selected when you're already 2 weeks in your new job at another company.

Very bad, only one interview whitout any technical question they said they will introduce the team structure and then ask me a code question, but they didn't ask question then leave, and the interview is not finished they said an excuse then leave

There was 3 rounds. The technical rounds where easy. asked some python concepts and told write code snippets. that's all. The interviewer where professional and educative. Guided me how to improve my skill and where i lack
