It was 2 Telephonic rounds and I was quizzed on the technology and the fundamentals. I was also asked about my work experience and was asked several Practical examples as to how I handled situations at work. Several behavioral questions were asked and customer related interactions were discussed. It was an average level difficulty interview and the interviewer was friendly. The resume was discussed in detailed and specific questions with respect to the process was also asked.
The hiring process begins with a Human Resources phone interview that includes position-specific questions. This is followed by two separate managerial interviews focusing on general and technical topics. These interviews also assess behavioral competencies such as teamwork and problem-solving skills.
