There was a two stage interview process. First with the recruiting manager where the CV was examined and details were asked both for the professional and accademic facts. Also at this first interview the job needs and requirements were presented and got asked for questions. The next step is with the HR where all the hard facts are examined and then an offer is made

Ericsson is fair in interviews , they usually 1st will do Interpersonal interview to understand your background and your personality , this will be followed by technical interview for making sure of your competence level and finally HR interview for Salary etc..
