I got a call from Ericsson through Career Fair,then they did the pre-screening and then schedule the phone interview,Phone interview was almost one hour 20-30 mins technical based on my resume and 30 mins HR.They asked me many questions on Team leader,team work.They just scan through my resume in Technical interivew.It take one week for them to get back to me,and then they offered me the position
