This is actually the first step of the recruitment process where I have to deal with Manpower company, not Ericsson people. This company will filter the application and forward to Ericsson. I have been through 2 rounds last week and still waiting for the result. The first round is an normal logical test with 24 multiple choices picture questions. It's pretty tough and as far as I know, the best guy just got 68% right. Then come a phone interview where the interviewer asked general questions such as: Describe about your final thesis, why do you choose to apply for this job... He also asked me to elaborate on things on my CV which he thought it is relevant to the job. It's not a hard interview since he is not a technical man and he just asked the prepared questions. He also described about the job that I am apply for.
