Stringent, lengthy process usually referral is preferred, they do have a big TA team mostly they hire or call aspirants directly. Expect at least 4rounds of interview which may take sometime so one needs to be patient

Smooth, a few issues on communication but overall smooth. HR and two heads were present for the interview. Post interview feedback was about a month later. Reference checks follow after this. No feedback post reference checks yet a month later
