The process was quite smooth overall. There were four interviews, mainly because some of the Hiring Managers were on vacation, but everything moved along quickly. Everyone I spoke with was very kind and professional. Most of the interviews followed the STAR methodology, which made it easier to share relevant experiences in a structured way. Overall, it was a positive and well-organized experience.
