One of the interview processes I found quite familiar and straightforward was for an internship role I applied to in the UK. The process involved a first-stage video interview focused on competency-based questions, which I found approachable as it allowed me to reflect on real experiences using the STAR method. I appreciated that the interviewers created a conversational atmosphere, making it feel more like a professional dialogue than a formal interrogation.
