They use Codility as their partner for handing out tests. I personally don't like the UI of it. I was given 3 tasks with around 1 hour. Tasks were increasing in difficulty from the first one to last.

The first interview included common personality and culture questions. It was held online and lasted 30 minutes. The following interview was a face to face technical one. We discussed what the team is focused on, the programming languages and technologies used and what they look for in a junior developer (eager to work, interest in telecommunications).
