Dumpster fire. The HR person did both interviews with the camera cocked sideways which was really unprofessional and distracting. The head of the org was on both calls. First time her kid got into the Zoom interview with us. Second time she was braiding her hair. Second interview also included a real snarky twerp who I don't even know why was on the call, I would not have been reporting nor working with her. Also had her baby in the interview, who kept mucking with the camera. Four people on the second call, multiple people kept switching their cameras off at random. Could an interviewee do that? Of course not. And sorry, not everyone has kids and not everyone wants to have to work around them during their professional interview with your organization. I was so disgusted by the end of the call, I didn't even want the job.
