Telephonic interview, followed up by an In-person at plant in east Troy Wisconsin. Interviewed with Directors, leads, and potential peers for the position.Process was both formal and informal in the process utilized. Questions were extensive into my background and tended to focus on whether my skill set and experience would adapt to the fast paced and start up environment.
