# Application I applied remotely from Colombia to work in the team from America. The process took 2 weeks in July 2018. # Interview The Interview process started with a 2h interview with Francesco Cesarini he introduces me to Erlang Solutions and asked me about my previous roles, experiences, some questions regarding how I was structuring my elixir projects, my willingness to do consulting job, and some questions so he can build a general profile about me. After that, i took a Belbin Test which is a test to build a team role profile and a Technical challenge in elixir, after the technical challenge i had an interview with the Head of Elixir in Erlang Solutions which asked me some questions about the challenge, how did i solve it?, the trade-offs i made, why i structured the project the way i did? and asked me some general questions about elixir and concurrency (both interviews were very relaxed and friendly). After that, I had an interview with a colleague and with the project manager of the America's team, both interviews were more about asking questions to see if there were a match regarding job expectations and answering my questions about how is to work for Erlang Solutions.
