Was contacted by HR after applying through LinkedIn, they wrote to me in LinkedIn, then scheduled a phone interview with HR, to describe my job experience, asked me about specific projects and achievements, then had a second interview with the general and operations manager, asked me to describe a difficult time. then had a third interview with the head of corporate Merchandisers, asked why I was the best fit for the role.
Two recruiter screens then another 3 rounds to complete the process. After the first in person round, never received an update on my standing until a month after when they had already hired someone else. Had also reached out with no response before that.
