Applied to this company when it was still called Roobicks. Got an email response from Rachel, the founder, the same day I applied. After a few days of emailing back and forth we were able to set up a day (not a time) in which I was to receive a call. Waited all day and the call never came. Not even a courtesy email asking to reschedule. Sent an email asking if everything was OK and never got a response. Called Rachel the next day. She sounded inconvenienced and annoyed; like how could i have the audacity to call her after she blew me off twice? She prefaced our discussion by saying she needed someone with sales experience. I guess she didn't read my resume before asking me to interview. I was told I'd hear back in a few days and didn't--she couldn't even be bothered to send me a cut and paste rejection email. Waste of my time.
