Colloquio
Was ghosted by the recruited after asking me to take an hours long assessment test.
No interview.
Recruited replied quickly up until I completed the assessment test and then poof! no acknowledgement or replies to follow up emails.

Domanda 1
Did not have an interview. Just an assessment test
The process was simple. I had a phone interview with basic questions on my interest in the role and information about the company. There was a technical assessment that I had to do within 24-48 hours. Finally, I had a virtual interview that was roughly 3 hours.

Can you tell me how these lines of code can be improved?

Colloquio
I had an initial phone call with the HR guy, which was just screening to see if I was fit for the position. The two biggest things they were looking for is that I had any development experience and was a friendly enough person to be a consultant. I was a recent graduate and didnt have much experience with javascript (their main language) but that wasn't an issue at all because they just want to know you understand the logic and will pick up on it quickly.
The next step I was given a coding problem, which I had to return in 24 hours. They ask when you have the ability/time to complete it within 24 hours and are willing to work around your schedule, which was very appreciated. The question was not too difficult - it revolved around basic file intake and parsing. Others I know have had similar questions, but not exactly the same.
The last stage of the interview process was a 3 hour long interview with various people - each interview was a 30 min slot. Most slots were one person, I had one slot with 3 people but they were all very chill. It's not as intimidating as it sounds (and I was very nervous for it!). Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and I had some great conversations about interesting topics, as well as my previous experience/qualifications. One of the interviews I was asked a few technical questions, but I didnt have to write any code/pseudocode. They were pretty basic questions. For example, what's the difference between == and ===?

Previous development & communication experience, specific skills (talking with clients, projects you've worked on, etc), what makes you qualified for a consultant position, why did you want this position, etc. The only technical question I remember is "what's the difference between == and ===?"
