Initially contacted by the HR manager to schedule interview. Interview process is a panel format where different department managers all take turns asking questions, followed by a tour of facility. Be prepared to highlight past lab experience and for new grads, this includes past lab classes such as chemistry, biochemistry, endocrinology. This facility is primarily an endocrinology lab, so review some basics for endocrinology and molecular biology.
