A typical case of not letting the candidate know what happened despite asking the HR via email and phone calls. Had 5 rounds of interview - 1. Coding Test 2. Technical interview with a principal engineer 3. General scenario based discussions with the product head. 4. Android technical testing with another principal engineer 5. Interview with the CEO As per the HR all rounds went well and the HR communicated everything promptly until they had to tell me whether or not they'll make an offer. All communication stopped and the HR didn't return my calls. All I want to tell the guys at Esper is, you have all the rights to reject a candidate but please have the courtesy to inform them what happened after taking so much of their time.
