Interview process was slow. Started around Christmas. Got invited for in person interview after the new year. Went to the interview onsite and was told I would be contacted if they were to move forward with me. Around the 2 week mark I saw the role reposted on LinkedIn. Wasn’t contacted till last week that I didn’t get the role and offered to do volunteer work lol! Ridiculous and tone deaf.
