The interview process is insanely long for a junior position such as AR / Collections. Over the course of 4 weeks I had two zoom interviews, a 6 hour assessment test, and then spent an entire day on campus interviewing with 7 different people. A week later I reached back out and was told they had one more person to interview and then would come to a decision. Another week and a half went by so I reached out again. They were confused, told me that they had already informed me the position had been filled and didn't understand why I was reaching back out. When I explained that they hadn't informed me of anything, they said I was correct and they had simply forgotten to tell me. Very unprofessional and bad experience.
