I was referred by a recruiter, the interviews went well and I was given every expectation of moving forward - then dead silence. Esri did not even respond to the recruiter who referred me. They left everyone hanging and wondering what was going on. Very unprofessional, left me wondering if they were really looking for someone or if the recruiter's just trying to stay busy or compile market salary surveys. Very poor way to end the process. It's a shame because this was a very intriguing company. The folks I interviewed with all seemed very nice.
