The HR person is very unprofessional and disorganized. I had a phone interview scheduled last week on Thursday for 1pm and she forgot to call me. Her excuse was that she got stuck in a long meeting and asked to reschedule for Friday at 11. When Friday comes, she doesn't call at the scheduled time again. I called her to find out what is going on and she gives another lame excuse that she was having trouble printing out my resume. I don't know how she manages to keep her job, but she needs to get with the program. By the time we get on the phone, I did a walk-through of my resume for her and told her about my previous jobs. The interview lasted over 45 minutes because she could not stop talking about the company, it's history, the benefits they offer, company culture, and so on. She told me that she would recommend me to the hiring manager by the end of the call. I emailed her today to follow up and she explained that the manager felt I was over qualified and they had decided to move forward with someone else. I would not recommend interviewing with this company, unless you are truly desperate for a job.
