I applied to Esri through a temp agency because this position is only available from December to July. My fist point of communication with this company was with a phone interview with their Human Resource person. She asked me very general questions and basically ran through my resume. After this I was asked to come on-site for an in-person interview. I interviewed with a total of 3 people not including another interview I had to do with the HR person I had talked to interview on the phone with.
