Thank you for taking time to share your feedback. Many factors go into scheduling interviews, and our process is lengthy. We want to learn about candidates and ensure they have an opportunity to hear about their potential team and our organization. We continually evaluate the interview process to provide a positive experience for candidates. Our account executives often have to present to clients with short notice. The presentation portion of our interviews is intended to simulate this experience in a challenging and fun manner. We do not emphasize revenue-based objectives; Esri’s sales staff focus on our customers and their success.
