It was very well arranged.
It was a good mix of stress interview as well as Technical Interview.
I was asked questions based on my group discussion initially.
Then about basics of Civil Engineering.
Then about specific things based on my answers.
Then about my family and personal life balance.

First of all written test is conducted and about 100 candidates appeared, filtered candidates were in group discussion around 25 and around 10 are selected for interviews . After interview they selected four including me.
