Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite segnalazione di un dipendente. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Essence (New York, NY)
Colloquio
Initially applied for Search and Social position with GroupM, HR person set up a phone interview. He missed the phone interview so we set up another one, at which point he suggested I interview with the Media Planning team instead based on my resume. He forgot to send me the details and asked me if I could come in same day suddenly, but I asked to schedule a different time.
The in-person interview was with three different teams for three different but related accounts. We went over my experience and talked about the job. After the interview i followed up and I didn’t hear back for a week. When I asked over email about an update the HR person said they had passed me over because I wasn’t a “culture fit.”
He said he thought the Search and Social team (who I initially replied to) might be interested but hasn’t followed up and I’m not inclined to chase the position based on my experience.
It was terrible. The recruiter for NYC told me he would like me to move forward and provide me with a schedule for an interview with the team. I did and emailed him several times and never received a response back. I was ghosted. Don't get my hopes up when all I get is rejection after rejection.

Why do you want to work here?
Everyone was extremely kind and friendly. The company culture radiated through just the interview. The process was easy and communication with the team was on par - everyone was on the same page and had copies of my resume reviewed beforehand.

Colloquio
The entire process was seamless & easy. Applied and about a day later received an email to set up an introductory HR call that lasted 15 minutes. Then was scheduled about a week later for three 30 minute virtual interviews back to back with 3 people from the team you’d be working on. About a week after that had a final interview with a higher up. Got the call later that same day with an offer.
