Poor communication from the recruiter, the interviewer was about 10 minutes late to the interview. Then the company never even bothered to get back to me after the interview. I found this extremely disrespectful. When someone has gone to the effort to prepare and go through an interview, at the very minimum they deserve a response.

The recruiter that contacted me was one of the rudest recruiters I've had the displeasure speaking to. As soon as she realized I'm not in a state they hire in, she stops using proper grammar, doesn't capitalize the first letter of sentences, add signature, or use periods. Despite that I say that I'm open to relocation she says some nonsense about openings are at will employment and no relocation assistance is provided which makes no sense in the context she used it in because all jobs are at will employment and that doesn't mean no relocation assistance. She emails me again using the same email chain using direct respond to email asking me for a time to chat, I respond, then she disappears for a few days, and process repeats. We finally lock in a call, and she's late. Then emails me saying that, "sorry we dont hire in your state" Very professional.
