The recruiter asked me: They consisted of the amount of hours I spent in the unit, the type of patient care experience I have, the time I’ve gone above and beyond for someone, a challenging situation. During the meet and greet they asked to tell them about about the type of work experience i have, and about a time I faced a challenging situation.

Phone call from HR manager, in-person interview with hiring unit manager; one-on-one in my case. Interview environment was relaxed and included open-ended discussion. Follow up call from HR representative. Offer made was fair and reasonable.
In person interview, was asked a set of behavioral questions. Questions like dealing with difficult coworkers, a time you made a mistake, a time you had a triumph, gave good customer service, etc.
