I was head hunted by a recruiter (proclinical staffing) on linked in and invited to interview. First they wanted me to attend an in person interview but, when I said that this would only be possible if they were willing to reimburse my travel expenses, they changed this to a teams interview.
Then the agent said that future interview rounds would be in person and expressed incredulity at the idea of employers covering travel expenses.
They seemed very smarmy and unprofessional so I didn't bother.

four different round of interviews with different functions. Very pleasant and friendly, with some interesting talk about work / life balance. Mainly focus on the personality on the first round, then turned into more know-how focus interview
