The interview process began with an initial online meeting. Based on the outcome of this meeting, shortlisted candidates were invited for an onsite assessment. The onsite assessment included: Written Test – Approximately 20 questions covering Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), MySQL, and PHP, including topics like recursion, functions, and methods. Additionally, there were questions about career goals and why I would be a good fit for the role. Typing Test – Conducted in both Bangla and English to evaluate typing speed and accuracy. Viva (Oral Interview) – Focused on personal background, career goals, and technical questions.
