Very professional, it starts off with a phone screening process that then goes to the next step of filling out an questionnaire for personality and then goes back to the recruiter. After that process then an interview with the hiring manager.

There was a relaxed environment and set out basic guidelines and expectations. A strong back and forth dialogue was created and a solid u understanding of both sides was created.
