      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 3 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Estyle nel mese di apr 2026

      Colloquio

From the start it seemed like a mess, first contact even wrote someone else's name in the email. I was still curious so responded and got the first interview. Sadly, she wasn't given any important information to give a prospective employee. Had no idea what the salary was, if the position got benefits, what the hours are. Like maybe things her manager should tell her about before interviewing someone? It's important information, people don't just work for free. Second interview was in-person, it was ok, she didn't even have my resume on hand. This wasn't a last minute interview, just like you want me prepared, you should be too. It's a two way street at the end of the day, as much as employers want to act like they're the only ones that matter. Last and final interview was just a big no. Talk about knowing how to turn someone off. More of an interrogation than an interview. Completely clueless about branding and social media, just because you worked in an industry for a long time doesn't make you good at it. It's also not a social media manager job, more like the head of marketing, creative, etc. But let's cheapen your rate by making you just a social media manager. Doubt these people are gonna go far and make all the delusional changes they want to make. Not a place I would want to work or refer anyone to work at. Also, seems like everyone is a new hire....it's a 40 plus year company...how do you not have a whole marketing team by now is wild.
