I had an internal contact who forwarded by resume to the Director of Operations and HR. I had an onsite interview the week after she had passed on my resume. I met with three employees (current Production Supervisor, HR and Director of Operations) and was given a brief tour. They used standard interview questions with a focus on teamwork and conflict management.

Was great, interviewed with about 5 people in a room. Very relaxed was a lot of conversation. GOt to know the interviewers and they got to know me as well.
