Applied online then shortly after received an email asking me to complete a digital interview. Interview consisted of 7 questions and was relatively easy but quite distracting seeing yourself with a timer answering a question. You get one practice round and two attempts to answer it before it gets submitted. Just been asked back for. Face to face interview so currently doing more research on the brand. Know your products and information.

Video interview for basic overview, then in person. Offered the job on the spot subject to in store management decisions (which was fine) overall process was ok, relatively laid back and comfortable / straightforward

Process took a bit longer than normal due to Covid 19 restrictions. Many of the employees got sick and they had to close the store due to coverage. Connected very well with the management and team.
