Although its a long process and may include several interviews, its also a very good process because the interview itself can be educational and really force the candidate to do some self reflection. The Talent Plus (tm) selection process is intimidating at first but really fascinating once you realize what your talents are and how they can help you be successful.

Can't elaborate on the talent interview as it would sway the integrity of the process, however probably the most difficult thing about that part of the interview is that it is over the phone with no conversational feedback.
