The interview was great. First you meet with the person who would be your boss. Then few weeks later, you meet with HR. The Interview process takes a while, you could wait for months to hear back. Once you are able to impress the person hiring you, you are pretty much in. My interview meeting took about 2 hrs. Just be geniune and ask questions. They ask you about what you do, what are your experiences. However I got lucky, the director spoke most of the time.

First talked to internal recruiter to make sure position was a match, then had three interviews, first with your hiring manager and each with a higher position, until I was given an offer. Overall long process but worth it.

The position was poorly described; it turns out I wasn't a good fit. It seemed like they wanted a display designer but they actually wanted a renderer. It seemed like interviewer hadn't really been briefed on the role. I interviewed in person in new York.
