The interview was quick and efficient. I applied on the company website and received a phone call to come in and interview the next day.
They discussed job and travel expectations and salary in the first interview. I did not need a portfolio of my work and I assume that is because this is primarily a sales job. My interviewer was very informative. She also asked a lot of great questions about previous experience and where I want to go within the company.

Estée Lauder had a good interview process. There was a phone call session and then an onsite meet. I was offered the role shortly after. The questions were mostly about sales. I had prior experience in leadership at Estee and wanted to move into freelance.
