I applied online and was contacted for a phone screening. I then went on to have multiple interviews over the course of several months which went well but after the long interview process I was ghosted by the recruiter. Unprofessional.

The process took over 4 weeks. Recruiters emailed with interview times. Met with recruiters first. Standard questions. Then went to Estee Lauder headquarters for the interview with the the creative director. Went really well. Recruiters reached out for the 2nd interviews. Met with the head HR who had been there for 40 years and did not seem to have moved with the times both looks and mentality. Asked if I realize Estee Lauder is a corporation with a corporate mentality. Um hello?! The meeting with the director of the department could not look me in the eye, twitching and cold as ice. No personality.
