Very thorough process, multiple interviews (online) and one full day of assessments (in person). Interesting process to be part of, everyone was very nice and welcoming, but the feedback was minimal, only provided when specifically asked for.

Good and tough. Lots of different stages including assessments on the day which were role play, data exercise, on the spot introductions and group discussion. Be on your toes but be yourself.

After CV screening, first interview was at one of the universities. It was one-on-one with HR. After that is assessment day at a co-working space, we were split into groups of 3 to discuss a topic within a time limit and present to the interviewers.
