My first tip there was age discrimination in this company is when the interviewer seem disappointed I was answering the questions "correctly." The tone of her voice made it clear. There seemed to be no employee over 35. I also have a mobility impairment and both interviewers walked so far ahead me when showing me around often we were not in the same room. This company needs sensitivity/diversity training!

Typical interview. Be prepared to go over your past experience. If you have phone experience bring it up. If you have sales experience bring it up. When you do the mock "sell me a coffee mug" thing do not take NO for an answer. They are looking for how well you overcome simple objections such as "I need to speak to my spouse" or "I need to look around more". Do not give up.
