Entrevista de pair programming, resolviendo una kata en C# junto con un miembro del equipo.
Se valora mucho TDD, Clean Code y SOLID. Recomendado practicar antes de la entrevista.

First interview was a standard call with HR, but the technical interview was one of those tedious live coding exercises with two dudes looking at your screen while you're trying to think.
The exercise was fixing what was wrong with the code by refactoring and making changes based on OOP principles and design patterns.
It's not that the exercise itself was difficult, but they need to drop this tedious format, one thing is trying to solve a small algo with two dudes looking at your screen, another is trying to fix a whole damn file under those conditions.
There's a saying that goes: "You're not Google, so you can't hire like Google".

Entrevista con RH, luego Screening técnica y peer programming. Tuve además otra screening extra con otros equipos interesados.
El pp fue un refactor TDD a realizar, de 2hs. Las screenings no tienen dificultad técnica.

En general, la conversación de la screening técnica se da según los temas que se vayan charlando de la experiencia del entrevistado. Lo cual es bueno, si realmente sabés de lo que hablas. Además me lleve consejos y comentarios útiles.
