HR is really friendly and helpful but their interview process needs lot of improvements. They gave one assignment and asked to submit in 2 days. They mention that assignment should take 4-6 hours but it’s not correct. It’s a small app development and it takes much more than that.
The initial interview with director was good but the second round with technical team is a mess. I built the app using Angular 8 but seemed like they don’t know much about latest Angular versions. Asked so many questions around Javascript but didn’t review the code and application i built. That was very disappointing.
I spent more than 10 hours for that app which I felt were completely wasted. 3 hours long interview doesn’t make any sense when it is not justified completely.

In person interview. Then interview with Hiring Manager about my future plans and goals.
Negative experience, since no feedback or reason for rejection. The team was looking nice, however, I felt slightly discriminated.

I had a preliminary interview with the recruiter. About a week later had my first in-person interview focused on my work history. Second interview was more technical in nature, as well as the HR component.
